Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise all daily maintenance activities across the facility
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works
- Supervise all construction, renovation, refurbishment, and fit-out works
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures
- Conduct routine inspections of all common areas, plant rooms, roofs, service areas, and tenant spaces
- Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, Civil, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting contractors
- Ensure all personnel comply with HSE requirements
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, Dubai Development Authority, and other regulatory requirements
- Supervise all contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams operating on-site.
- Ensure contractors comply with approved work procedures, HSE requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Site Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Maintenance Supervisor.
- At least 3 years of experience in Facility Management, Hospitality, Commercial Buildings, Mixed-Use Developments, or Construction Projects within the UAE.
- Fluency in English-Additional languages are an advantage (Arabic or Russian)
- Valid UAE driving license (Preferred)
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Civil, MEP, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systems
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil drawings
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, quality control procedures, and site coordination.
Skills & Competencies:
- Risk assessment & hazard identification
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage simultaneous Facility Management and Construction activities.
- Good report writing and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong communication & training skills
- Attention to detail & problem-solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
