Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Site Foreman, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Site Foreman will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating labor and equipment usage, maintaining tools and machinery, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The Site Foreman will also communicate effectively with workers and management to resolve any issues and provide clear instruction to the workforce.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
- Strong Communication skills to liaise with team members, and management effectively.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in site work operations.
- Dedication to workplace safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with construction in the UAE is an advantage.
