Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Quality Control
- Oversee daily site operations for marble installation to ensure strict compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor work progress and inspect completed works for quality assurance.
Coordination
- Act as a liaison between consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, and the general workforce.
- Facilitate smooth project execution by ensuring effective communication and timely coordination among all stakeholders.
Technical Documentation
- Prepare and review shop drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical submittals.
- Verify completed work against design documents and support the preparation of progress claims and reports.
Problem Solving
- Identify and resolve technical issues and unforeseen challenges on-site.
- Provide practical, timely solutions to maintain workflow and avoid delays.
Marble Expertise
- Apply advanced knowledge of marble and granite installation methods, fabrication processes, and material properties.
- Ensure proper handling, installation, and finishing of marble elements in line with project specifications and aesthetic requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil works, interior fit-out, or marble/granite projects.
- Proven experience in the UAE is highly preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license (often required for site mobility).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other design/drafting software.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
