Job Summary:
The HVAC Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role involves overseeing a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support.
Must have sound knowledge of Chilled water systems (in particular Maintenance Wise)
Must have hands- on experience in maintaining chillers (water cooled and air cooled both), Chilled water pumps, AHU’s , FCU’s,FAHU’s, Cooling towers, condenser pump.Pressurisation Unit etc.
Must have sound knowledge of repair and maintenance of DX AC systems including but not limited to Ducted,Decorative, WIndow, Package , cassette units etc.
Plan, organize, and schedule HVAC installation and repair projects.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues and oversee repairs.
Maintain inventory of tools and materials needed for HVAC projects.
Keep detailed records of work performed, including labor and materials used.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in HVAC installation and repair.
UAE Driver’s License – PREFERRED
