Job Title: Site Engineer – Joinery
Job Summary:
The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising the installation of joinery works, including kitchens, wardrobes, doors, cabinets, and custom woodwork, ensuring all activities are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, project schedules, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily site installation activities for joinery works.
* Review shop drawings and coordinate with the production team before installation.
* Ensure all installations comply with project specifications and approved drawings.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve site issues.
* Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
* Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before production and installation.
* Inspect completed works and ensure high-quality finishing.
* Coordinate material deliveries and installation schedules with the factory.
* Monitor manpower productivity and ensure work is completed on time.
* Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
* Prepare snag lists and ensure timely completion of all outstanding items.
* Attend site meetings and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in joinery, interior fit-out, or woodworking projects.
* Strong knowledge of kitchen, wardrobe, wooden door, and custom joinery installation.
* Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
* Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
