Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in B2B sales and distributor management, preferably in the toys or mobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, negotiating sales agreements, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with distributors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive sales.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in the market.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with potential and existing clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with distributors to maximize profitability.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Provide sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to management.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in B2B sales and distributor management, preferably in the toys or mobile industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Willingness to travel as required.
