Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with hands-on experience in interior fit-out and gypsum works to manage and supervise site execution.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage daily interior fit-out and gypsum works at project sites.
* Coordinate with foremen, workers, subcontractors, and project teams.
* Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
* Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.
* Coordinate with consultants, clients, and other contractors when required.
* Check the quality of gypsum, partition, ceiling, painting, and other interior finishing works.
* Identify site issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
* Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
* Ensure projects are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out and gypsum works.
* Strong knowledge of gypsum partitions, false ceilings, drywall, painting, and interior finishing.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Good site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out projects is preferred.
* Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 per month.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
