Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out Works Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE at Al Areesh Interior decoration and maintenance
We are looking for a Site Engineer with proven experience in interior fit-out and maintenance projects to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.
- Read and interpret shop drawings and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the required schedule.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
- Coordinate material deliveries, manpower, and site logistics.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
Required Experience
The candidate must have experience supervising and coordinating the following works:
- Interior Fit-Out Works
- False Ceiling
- Gypsum Board Works
- Painting Works
- Wall Cladding
- Floor & Wall Tile Installation
- Parquet Flooring
- Access Panel Installation
- General Maintenance Works
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple site activities.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
