About the Role:
We are seeking an intelligent, well-presented, and business-savvy professional to work closely with the Founder&CEO of UAEs leading Advisory & Corporate Services firm.
This is a high-profile, dynamic role requiring strategic partnerships, executive assistance, and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnerships&Business Development
– Build and maintain relationships with UAE Free Zones, government departments, private bankers, mortgage advisors, real estate developers and schools and various other partners that add value to our Consulting Advisory firm.
– Secure exclusive event invitations and high-profile networking opportunities.
– Develop referral partnerships to generate business opportunities
2. Executive Assistance&Advisory
– Accompany the CEO in high-profile client meetings, providing strategic insights
– Assist in brainstorming and executing business ideas
– Manage daily executive tasks, schedules, and critical follow-ups
– Be available for after-hours business discussions and planning
3. Brand Representation&Networking
– Represent our brand at business events and forums
– Act as a brand ambassador to build the company’s high-profile presence
– Establish strong relationships with industry leaders and influencers
4. Internal Operations&Staff Auditing
– Monitor and audit key team members (Sales Coordinator, Operations Executive, etc.)
– Ensure smooth coordination between departments and suggest performance improvements
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education&Experience:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Corporate Relations
– 3+ years experience in executive assistance, business development, or corporate relations
– Exposure to high-net-worth (HNW) clients is a plus
Skills&Attributes:
– Charismatic, well-presented, and confident in handling high-profile interactions
– Strong communication and negotiation skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
– Business acumen with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
– Flexible and available beyond standard working hours
