Site Engineer (Fit-Out ) Jobs in Al Quoz at Lemon Leaf Restaurant
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Site Engineer-(Interior Fit-Out) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in managing interior fit-out projects from site execution through to successful project handover while ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and budget objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily and weekly site activities to ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Supervise site workforce and subcontractors to achieve project milestones efficiently.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, civil engineering standards, and health & safety requirements.
- Prepare and review BOQs, RFIs, site reports, progress reports, material requests, and project close-out documentation.
- Assist with procurement, cost control, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Monitor project progress and report any delays or risks to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out civil works.
- Proven experience managing interior fit-out projects independently.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, finishing works, and project sequencing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning/scheduling tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
