The overall objective of the position
Direct supervision of the execution of construction works in the sites and ensuring quality control according to the approved drawings and designs.
The Site Supervisor aims to achieve project completion within the specified time frame and the required level of quality through daily monitoring of the construction phases and continuous coordination between the workers, suppliers, and technical management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent experience in the field of construction).
- Experience of not less than 3 years in supervising construction works for residential or commercial projects.
- Experience in executing restaurant and café projects.
- Ability to read drawings and quantities surveying and monitoring the execution.
- Supervision of labor and subcontractors and monitoring the technical specifications and quality control.
- Preparation of regular reports and monitoring project progress.
- Ability to work in the field and move between projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction materials and modern installation techniques.
- High skill in managing field teams and coordinating with suppliers and contractors.
- Ability to use communication applications and prepare daily reports (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.).
