Job Title: Civil Site Engineer – Construction

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
- Review drawings, specifications, and method statements before execution.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and HSE requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in building or infrastructure construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
- Candidates currently based in Qatar will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of QA/QC and HSE standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
