We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a background in sales to join our Forex Broker team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with clients, while continuously seeking new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify potential clients, establish initial contact, and set up meetings to understand their needs, investment goals and risk tolerance.
Present, promote, and sell our Forex products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and monitor competitors’ practices to effectively handle clients’ queries and concerns.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Comply with all industry rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in sales within the Forex market.
Strong understanding of Forex trading, market dynamics, and solid knowledge of financial markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
