Position: Site Engineer (Befit – Fitness) (TP)
Job Responsibilities:
Project Supervision:
Oversee all on-site activities related to sports flooring installation, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Quality Control
:
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Coordination:
Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any on-site issues or challenges.
Technical Support:
Provide technical guidance and solutions to site teams, addressing any engineering challenges that arise during the installation process.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, material usage, and any variations to the original plan.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular risk assessments and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Budget Management
:
Assist in managing project budgets by monitoring expenses and ensuring that all work is completed within financial constraints.
Client
Communication
:
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the project’s progress.
Conduct feasibility studies and site visits.
Experience &
Qualification:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably with a focus on flooring or sports facility projects.
Strong knowledge of sports flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
Proficiency in
project management
software and engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent
problem-solving skills
and
attention to detail

Strong
communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with
diverse
teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction.
