GAF Design Studio is looking for a “Site Engineer” to be part of their team.

Responsibilities:
Lead the site team in executing construction activities, ensuring work aligns with technical designs and architectural plans.
Manage the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment on-site, ensuring efficient resource usage and minimizing downtime.
Act as the primary contact for subcontractors, overseeing their work to ensure compliance with contract terms, project specifications, and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with the Projects Lead to maintain progress according to the master schedule, making adjustments as necessary to avoid delays.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for on-site issues, utilizing engineering knowledge to propose viable solutions and coordinate with various teams for swift resolution.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the specified standards and client expectations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in construction site management or engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to solve problems efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
