Site Engineer Jobs in Doha at Qatar High Speed Group
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure project progress according to approved schedules.
- Monitor construction works and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports for project management.
- Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, equipment, and resources at site.
- Monitor project quality and implement corrective actions when required.
- Assist in obtaining approvals, permits, and inspections from relevant government authorities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all Qatar construction regulations, HSE standards, and project requirements.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
· Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer within the State of Qatar.
· Proven experience in executing government projects in Qatar.
· Strong knowledge of Qatar construction standards, regulations, and approval procedures.
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
· Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
· UPDA (MMUP) Engineering Classification/Registration is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working with government entities, ministries, and public infrastructure projects in Qatar.
Pay: QAR8,000.00 – QAR10,000.00 per month
