Job Summary
HRE Construction is seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer with 3–4 years of UAE construction experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Assist in material planning and verify delivered materials.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and relevant authorities.
- Identify technical issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Support the Project Manager in achieving project milestones within budget and schedule.
Pay: AED2,496.59 – AED9,381.04 per month
