Job Description:
Experienced in Fire Alarm, Central Battery system, VE system & Fire fighting system.
Experience in T & C programming, FA, FACP, VE, Emergency light system.
Site Engineer with experience in Fire fighting & Fire Alarm System.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in UAE.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and progress updates.
Manage and allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, address concerns, and provide guidance to the project team.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on the construction site.
Should have a valid UAE driving license.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in the construction industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Professional certification is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong technical and analytical skills, with proficiency in construction-related software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
