Job Summary:
Alpago Group is seeking a Site Engineer – Fit-Out to oversee and manage high-end interior fit-out projects, ensuring top-tier quality, craftsmanship, and adherence to project timelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury interior projects, including ultra-premium villas, commercial spaces, and high-end retail.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Execution & Supervision:
Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved designs, quality standards, and project timelines.
Ensure high-end finishes and premium materials are installed correctly and as per specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve site issues promptly.
Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with HSE regulations.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Conduct rigorous quality checks to maintain Alpago’s luxury standards.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, health & safety regulations, and company quality policies.
Implement best practices for high-end materials, detailing, and finishing.
Coordination & Communication:
Work closely with the Project Manager, Designers, Architects, and Consultants to ensure smooth execution.
Collaborate with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works with fit-out elements.
Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for timely material deliveries.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain daily progress reports, material logs, and site records.
Highlight any technical issues, delays, or site challenges to the management team.
Assist in preparing method statements, risk assessments, and work permits.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Fit-Out.
5+ years of experience in luxury fit-out projects (ultra-high-end villas, hospitality, retail, or commercial interiors).
Strong knowledge of premium materials, luxury finishes, and high-quality craftsmanship.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
Understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and regulations.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience working on Alpago-style luxury projects or similar high-end interior works.
Expertise in marble, custom joinery, bespoke furniture, and high-end decorative finishes.
Experience handling MEP coordination for premium fit-out projects.
Knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) and Trakhees regulations for fit-out projects.
