Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Ensure proper implementation of design details, finishes, and materials.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control at all stages of the project.
- Identify and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for approvals and inspections.
- Track material usage and manage site inventory efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out / joinery / construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and detailing.
- Experience in handling commercial, retail, or residential interior projects.
