Role Description
We are seeking a Site Civil Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Dubai and strong hands-on site experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and Tendering
- Attend and actively participate in all site meetings
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site subcontractors
- Monitor project workprogress, and timelines
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues with inspection engineers
- Work closely with the company’s labours and staff on-site
- Be sharp, proactive, and vigilant in monitoring site activities
- Ensure timely attendance and commitment to working hours
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 4 years of UAE (Dubai) experience is mandatory
- 4 Years experience in MS Office , AutoCAD
- Vast Knowledge in working with Government websites such as DM, DEWA, etc.
- Proficiency in planning and managing construction workflows
- Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and rules
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
