Job Summary
- Reviews shop drawings/project specifications, prepare material submittals and technical or contractual clarifications and submit for approval, and coordinates and routes for various Departmental to achieve project target.
- Must able to coordinate effectively with site & technical office and with all sub trades.
- He should also be able to provide necessary support and guidance to increase quantity and quality of completed works through delegation.
- He must check and ensure the material delivered to site as per correct specification
- Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people, and operatives, setting out, leveling and surveying the site,
- checking plans, drawings and quantities for, accuracy of calculations,
- ensuring that all materials used and work, performed are as per specifications
Qualification / Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineer.
- 7 + years of relevant working experience in a Construction and fit out works project.
- Good communication skills, verbal, written and presentation.
