- á´§Collect control form, staff expenses, stock taking, souk out of stock form from our counter.
- á´§Implementation of the new procedures (Hygiene, planogram, new products, price board, promotion, material)
- á´§Daily store visits
- á´§Follow up of the LPO done by the souk.
- á´§Daily communication with supervisor and section manager of our client
- á´§Make sure that the promotion of the week is implemented.
- ᴧDaily follow up of the staff (transfer between stores, staff scheduling etc…)
- á´§Ensure proper implementation of hygine procedures
- á´§Stock follow up (warehouse + counter)
- á´§Stock taking once per month.
- á´§Market survey twice per month,
- á´§Staff training to every visit.
- á´§Implement the instruction from the Key Account Manager
- á´§Collect the sales report and invoice from our client.
