Showroom Supervisor Jobs in Doha at Tivoli Group
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on product selection, design solutions, and space planning based on their requirements.
- Prepare design layouts, quotations, and proposals for clients.
- Build strong client relationships and support the achievement of sales targets through effective customer engagement.
- Supervise the daily operations of the showroom to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery, installation, and stock replenishment.
- Monitor showroom inventory and maintain adequate stock levels by coordinating with the warehouse.
- Assist in planning and implementing showroom displays, promotions, product demonstrations, and marketing activities.
- Prepare regular reports on showroom sales, customer inquiries, inventory, and overall showroom performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in showroom sales, retail operations, or interior design, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of furniture, interior fit-out products, finishes, and space planning principles.
- Proficiency in preparing design layouts, quotations, and client proposals using relevant software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools is an advantage).
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership and team supervision abilities with the capacity to manage daily showroom operations effectively.
