Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers and guide them through the buying process.
Explain features and specifications of available vehicles clearly.
Outline the steps to complete the car purchase.
Address customer inquiries regarding vehicles and purchasing procedures.
Assist customers in inspecting and testing vehicles.
Manage necessary documentation between customers, showrooms, and finance companies.
Negotiate car prices and trade-in values.
Coordinate with management and vehicle owners to finalize sales.
Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers to maximize profits.
Follow up with previous customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Requirements:
Professional appearance.
Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills.
Good time management skills and proactive attitude.
Knowledge of automotive industry and vehicle technical aspects.
Basic selling and negotiation skills.
3-5 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in English is essential.
