Showroom Sales Executive Jobs in Abu Dhabi at AL SHAALI MOTO TRADING

Job Purpose:

To achieve monthly sales targets by promoting and selling BAIC vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong product knowledge, and ensuring a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Proactively generate leads through showroom walk-ins, calls, referrals, and outdoor activities.
  • Provide customers with detailed product information, vehicle specifications, and financing options.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize deals within company policies.
  • Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and registration departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Ensure the showroom display and vehicle presentation meet brand standards.
  • Participate in promotional events and campaigns to boost sales.
  • Stay updated with competitor models, pricing, and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales (experience in Chinese brands preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
