Showroom Sales Executive Jobs in Abu Dhabi at AL SHAALI MOTO TRADING
Job Purpose:
To achieve monthly sales targets by promoting and selling BAIC vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong product knowledge, and ensuring a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Proactively generate leads through showroom walk-ins, calls, referrals, and outdoor activities.
- Provide customers with detailed product information, vehicle specifications, and financing options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize deals within company policies.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and registration departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Ensure the showroom display and vehicle presentation meet brand standards.
- Participate in promotional events and campaigns to boost sales.
- Stay updated with competitor models, pricing, and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales (experience in Chinese brands preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
