Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Sales Architect to join our growing team. The selected candidate will undergo an initial training and induction program at our Dubai, UAE showroom before relocating to our Riyadh, Saudi Arabia office to manage showroom sales and support clients with architectural product solutions.
This role is ideal for an Architect with strong design knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement and project sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, consultants, architects, interior designers, and contractors visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable architectural products and system solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and contractors.
- Conduct product presentations and explain technical features and specifications.
- Maintain showroom standards and ensure products are displayed professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales activity reports.
- Represent Euro Systems professionally and uphold the company’s brand values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- 2–5 years of experience in showroom sales, architectural sales, or specification sales.
- Experience in architectural products, aluminum systems, glazing, doors & windows, shading systems, façade, or interior building materials is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to complete initial training in Dubai, UAE and relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on successful completion of training.
