Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Showroom Manager. The Showroom Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the luxury showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and seamless execution of sales activities. Responsibilities include managing and motivating the showroom team, maintaining the stunning visual appeal of the displays, building and nurturing client relationships, and aligning showroom performance with the company’s luxury standards and business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and achieving high Customer Satisfaction.
- Strong skills in Sales and the ability to foster positive client relationships.
- Experience managing Showrooms, including overseeing operations, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring an elevated customer journey.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities with a focus on collaboration and performance improvement.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with luxury furniture and accessories, as well as an understanding of contemporary and modern design aesthetics.
- Proven ability to work in a high-end retail or luxury setting in a culturally diverse region.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Interior Designer certification.
- Proficient in all Microsoft office software’s is mandatory.
