KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Support in managing the showroom, where all of the samples and wardrobe pieces are kept
Checking in and keeping track of the borrowed clothes and accessories
Doing the inventory and updating it in a timely manner
Assisting in shoots when necessary
Assisting in the showroom layout and placement of items
Making sure all samples are delivered and collected on time
Media Monitoring and Monthly Reports
Searching for online and print coverage
Daily monitoring of campaign status and delivery
Preparation of presentations and coverage reports for all PR clients
Keeping calendars (editorial, press conferences, events etc.) and media lists updated
Assisting in organizing and execution of PR events, campaigns etc.
Support our PR team with various administrative tasks as needed
Ensuring set deadlines are met
Provide timely updates to the team
