Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, skilled in sales, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing client inquiries, closing sales, and building long-term relationships to drive growth for our tours and travel business.
Key Responsibilities:For Travel Sales Executive:
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or in person and provide tailored travel recommendations.
Close sales for travel packages, tours, and services by understanding client needs.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Research and stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and offerings.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-ups.
For Travel Sales Manager (additional responsibilities):
Lead and mentor a team of travel sales executives to achieve targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and campaigns.
Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate better deals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, travel, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in travel sales or customer service.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations, trends, and travel logistics.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with booking systems, CRMs, and travel software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelopro) is a plus.
