Shop Manager – Beauty Retail
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Shop Manager to lead our beauty retail operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on beauty retail experience, and the ability to manage store operations efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
Mandatory 3–5 years of experience in the beauty retail industry
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good computer knowledge, including:
MS Office (Word, Excel)
Google Sheets
Ability to manage mall communications and permits
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily shop operations and ensure smooth functioning
Manage and control inventory levels efficiently
Coordinate mall permits, documentation, and communications
Ensure attractive product display and merchandising standards
Develop promotional ideas and sales strategies to increase revenue
Lead, train, and manage the store team
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
Monitor sales performance and achieve store targets
Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards, and operational compliance
