Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and
customer-focused
Shop Manager with a background in premium or luxury fashion retail, and fluency in Russian and English. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with a passion for fashion, capable of delivering an exceptional in-store experience while achieving commercial excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily
store operations
while maintaining brand standards, premium service levels, and operational excellence.
Drive store performance through
team leadership
, coaching, and individual development plans.
Deliver an exceptional customer journey, with personalized styling and consultative selling—especially to Russian-speaking clientele.
Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance in alignment with business goals.
Oversee
visual merchandising
and ensure compliance with seasonal guidelines and brand identity.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and product flow to optimize availability and minimize shrinkage.
Handle VIP client relationships and ensure high standards of service,
communication
, and follow-up.
Act as a
brand ambassador
both in-store and within the wider community.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, health & safety procedures, and retail operational standards.
Requirements:3–5 years of experience in a managerial role within premium or luxury fashion retail.
Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).Deep knowledge of fashion trends, premium styling, and clienteling best practices.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team toward sales and
service excellence
