Knowlegdeable/Good in excel.
Understand customer requirements and preferences to effectively recommend furniture/curtain that meets their needs and style preferences.
Provide expert advice on furniture/curtain styles, materials, and customization options.
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by presenting and explaining product features and benefits.
Guide customers through the sales process, from selection to purchase, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Negotiate prices and terms of sale to close transactions and maximize profitability.
Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure the showroom is well-maintained, visually appealing, and organized to enhance the shopping experience.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Requirements:
– Must be professionally fluent in ENGLISH & ARABIC languages (Speaking, writing & reading).
– 2-3 years of experience preferably in curtains, blinds, fabrics, or Furniture.
– Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
– Strong focus and dedication to work.
– Maximum of 35 years old
