Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Shisha Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing, presenting, and maintaining high-quality shisha, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a luxury dining and nightlife environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve shisha of various flavors to guests in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of shisha equipment and lounge areas.
- Ensure safety standards are followed when handling charcoal and equipment.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, with excellent product knowledge.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and adjust service as needed.
- Work closely with FOH team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Shisha Master in fine dining/lounge/bar.
- Strong knowledge of shisha flavors, preparation techniques, and equipment care.
- Russian speaking is required; English and Arabic are an advantage.
- Presentable, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
