Role: Shisha Specialist / Shisha Attendant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare Premium Shisha: Select and prepare high-quality blends from our inventory to match customer preferences.
- Manage Service: Monitor guest tables and maintain the equipment throughout the session to ensure a consistent experience.
- Engage & Recommend: Welcome guests, guide them through our exclusive menu, and provide information on premium options.
- Maintain Luxury Standards: Flawlessly set up, deep clean, and sanitize all equipment, bases, and hoses according to hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the food and beverage team to create a seamless, unforgettable lounge experience.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: Previous hands-on experience as a Shisha Specialist in a high-end lounge, restaurant, or hotel environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and guest service standards within the hospitality industry.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills; ability to confidently engage with premium international clientele.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working late-night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and highly professional approach to guest service.
