Overview
Supervise and control the shift operation of assigned units, implement daily instructions to meet production targets, and take appropriate decisions in the event of plant emergencies. Provide support, leadership, and direction to the shift crew regarding daily operational activities. (

Light Naphtha MEROX Unit To sweeten the RFCC light naphtha LPG MEROX Unit To remove H2S and RSH from the cracked LPG from RFCC LPG Catalytic Polymerization Unit
LPG Hydrogenation Unit To produce polymerate from cracked LPG
To hydrogenate unconverted LPG to reduce olefin content Heavy Naphtha hydrofinishing unit
To desulfurise the RFCC heavy naphtha and to boost the Octane Number LCO Hydrotreating Unit To hydrotreat LCO along with SRGO Experience
Minimum 8 years of operations experience in a refinery, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Ability to generate reports and operate customized software.
Strong leadership skills, quick troubleshooting abilities, decisiveness, sharp analytical skills, and computer literacy.
Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with other departments in a professional manner.
Qualifications
Degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
