Shift Manager, Delivery Station Regional, AMZL

Typically an entry-level management position en have direct reports and are responsible for day-to-day operations in your assigned area. You may be involved in various operational tasks, including:
Monitoring performance metrics
Conducting audits
Implementing Amazon’s procedures and programs
Participating in training programs
L4 managers are expected to adhere to and promote Amazon’sleadershipprinciples. You’ll strive to improve and streamline processes and may be responsible for specific operational areas or processes within a facility.
Key job responsibilities
Ensure the KPI targets are met
Should be able to work with stakeholders actively and execute improvement projects on ground
Work with teams to deliver and stick to the required schedules
Deliver good DPS’s experience
Work with carriers to engage on linehaul performance discussions and other requirements
Work closely with Procurement, finance and other stakeholders to help resolve carrier issues
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of employee and performance management experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of performance metrics,process improvementor lean techniques experience
