We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe and secure environment for all employees, visitors, and property by supervising security personnel and implementing security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of security officers, ensuring that security protocols and procedures are followed.
Conduct regular security patrols to monitor the premises and identify potential security threats.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
Monitor and review security footage and other security systems.
Ensure all security personnel are well-trained and follow security procedures.
Prepare and submit reports regarding security incidents, daily activities, and other relevant events.
Develop and implement security policies and emergency procedures.
Maintain inventory of security equipment and request replacements or upgrades as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to improve safety and security measures.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
