Assist clients with services forbenefits and entitlement.
Advocate foradequate, timely and cost-effectiveservices.
Respond to any issues that occurduring the delivery of services, escalate to management whenneeded.
Schedule appointments for clients,answer phones and track clients’ servicerecords.
Monitor the services being providedand stay up to date on any services beingintroduced.
Evaluate the quality of allservices and identify areas that need improvements and report tomanagement.
Qualifications Proven work experience as a Service Coordinator/Planner or similar role.
Strongwork ethic and service skills.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Stay upto date with services, policies andregulations.
Strong record-keeping andanalytical skills.
Excellent organizationalskills and
attention to detail
