We are looking for a Service Now Consultant. Below is the
Job Description:
8 to 10 years of Service Now implementation experience.
Minimum 4 years of SPM implementation experience.
At least 1 large SPM implementation project.
Ability to plan and execute analysis workshops / CRP sessions for SPM.
Expertise in defining and designing technical architecture for complex SPM requirements to recommend the best tool/product.
Experience in the code review process.
Ability to map complex SPM functional requirements.
Experience in preparing and reviewing technical design documents for SPM implementations.
Nice to have: prior experience working directly with customers onsite.
Certifications:
Service Now Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect (Nice to Have).
