Job Description:
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) especially in ITSM .
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise integration patterns.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow connectors, web technologies and platform scripting languages.
- Deep understanding and work experience in integrating with SAML, SSO, LDAP, AD etc.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise deployments and integrations.
- Experience in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical teams
