Responsibilities
The Compressor Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overhauling of air compressors especially screw air compressor & its accessories. The role includes diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, conducting overhauls, and ensuring the optimal functioning of compressors to support uninterrupted operations. If candidate is having sound experience in electrical and electronics will be an added advantage.
Maintenance – Regularly service screw compressors, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
Troubleshooting – Identify and fix mechanical, electrical & electronics issues in compressors to minimize downtime
Overhauling – Complete disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of screw compressors and, if applicable, electrical and electronics components.
Installation & Commissioning – Assist in installing and commissioning new compressors.
Documentation – Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
Safety Compliance – Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical & Electronic engineering
Max 8 Years of experience in air compressor industries with a knowledge of compressor as well as Electrical and electronic component repair or overhauling.
Knowledge in MS excel & word with good communication skill.
Keen to develop multi skills.
Experience in Air compressor industry with a strong background of Electrical and electronic component repair is a must
