Key Responsibilities
Preparation and Cooking
Prepare and grill various meats, seafood, and vegetables to perfection using charcoal or other traditional grilling methods.
Ensure all grilled items meet the restaurant’s quality standards and presentation guidelines.
Monitor grill temperature and adjust as necessary to maintain optimal cooking conditions.
Ingredient Management
Marinate, season, and prepare raw ingredients as per recipes and customer preferences.
Ensure fresh and high-quality ingredients are used, adhering to health and safety standards.
Manage inventory for grilling ingredients and tools, notifying supervisors of restocking needs.
Cleanliness and Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grilling area, including cleaning the grill after use.
Adhere to food safety protocols, including proper storage of raw and cooked items.
Customer Interaction
Engage with customers when necessary to accommodate special grilling requests or dietary preferences.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering dishes promptly and addressing feedback.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service.
Assist in training junior staff or new hires in grilling techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a grill cook or charcoal specialist, preferably in a restaurant or catering setting.
Proficiency in traditional grilling methods, particularly charcoal grilling.
Knowledge of marinating, seasoning, and grilling techniques for a variety of cuisines.

Pay: AED1,200.00 – AED1,800.00 per month
