Job Purpose :
Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories, including different makes, models, and compatibility.
Ensure accurate management and organization of inventory with excellent attention to detail.
Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively and assisting customers professionally and courteously.
Utilize computer skills proficiently, including inventory management software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
Demonstrate physical stamina and knowledge of proper lifting techniques to handle heavy objects safely.
Identify issues quickly and provide effective solutions with strong problem-solving skills.
Collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers through strong teamwork skills.
Follow safety regulations and procedures for handling hazardous materials.
Skills & Experience :
Experience in an authorized dealer or related automotive field.
Strong customer service and sales abilities.
Familiarity with automotive systems and components.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and schematics.
Basic computer skills for inventory management.
A passion for the automotive industry and products.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience with inventory control systems.
Qualifications & Experience :
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in mechanical or automobile engineering.
Experience:
2-5 years in parts sales.
Industry
Experience:
Automotive, customer experience, or B2C sales is a plus.
