Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development planning and optimization of after‑sales network in Middle East & Africa (MEA) region.
  • Monitor and improve the operation of MEA after‑sales network.
  • Lead the inspection and evaluation of distributors’ service capabilities in MEA, formulate rectification plans and promote implementation.
  • Lead the service capability evaluation for new distributors, negotiation, signing and renewal of after‑sales service agreements.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction in MEA region.
  • Formulate and implement the annual after‑sales work plan for MEA market.
  • Track and research after‑sales policies, regulations and market information in MEA region.
  • Lead the after‑sales preparation work for new car launches in MEA market.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of relevant work experience in channel management and marketing.

  • Work Experience:

    Candidates with 5+ years of relevant background in store sales, store management, channel development are preferred.

  • Possess basic knowledge of the automotive industry, as well as experience in marketing management and channel management.
  • Strong communication, coordination and quick response capabilities in emergency situations.
  • Overall coordination ability:
    Strong cross‑departmental and cross‑team communication and coordination capabilities, able to coordinate various resources to maximize value.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with English as a working language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
