We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment & Mobile Crane Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, technical support, and maintenance of heavy and lifting equipment
Job Description:
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults in heavy equipment and mobile cranes.
- Provide remote technical support to technicians and attend customer sites when required.
- Support mobile crane troubleshooting, inspection, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Review technical reports, handle warranty claims, and perform FSI.
- Manage service call logs and respond to customer technical requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with mobile cranes and lifting equipment.
- Good knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
