We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Shift Leader to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Able to handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Able to participate in creating strategies to increase positive guest reviews.
Maintain and monitor guest service standards, ensuring exceptional hospitality.
Oversee the daily operations and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Ensure the front desk is properly staffed at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel or holiday home environment.
Proficient in hotel management software and office tools.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
A calm and composed demeanor during high-stress situations.
