Job Title:
Service Engineer
We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their needs, communicating these to our development team, and demonstrating software products to customers when required. The Service Engineer will also provide technical support to clients and assist the sales team with demonstrations and prototypes throughout the sales process.

Salary Package: 10,000 QAR to 12,000 QAR
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to product sales, after-market, and field teams.
Keep the team updated on the latest product technologies and educate them.
Handle project handovers and conduct end-user and maintenance team training.
Respond to consultant queries and provide solutions.
Act as a link between OEM (factory) and the local team for technical support regarding products.
Provide HVAC-related solutions to customers and generate AMC and replacement opportunities to support the sales team.
Arrange local resources for job execution.
Manage the team and schedule daily activities.
Request spare parts for the company and customer stock.
Support FSM management and audits.
Define the scope of work for AMC, replacement projects, etc.
Control costs and finalize prices for different services.
Handle collection and invoicing for one-time and non-AMC customers.
