Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager (French Speaker) Jobs in Dubai at techzone technologies llc
We are looking for a motivated and high-potential Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager to join a leading international organization in Dubai.
This role is a hybrid position combining Service Delivery Management (70%) and Project Management (30%), where you will act as a key interface between international clients and internal teams, ensuring service quality, operational excellence, and smooth project-to-operation transitions.
Service Delivery Management (70%)
- Manage end-to-end service delivery and ensure SLA compliance
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Monitor KPIs, service performance, and reporting dashboards
- Oversee incident, request, and change management processes
- Track ETAs, priorities, and service commitments
- Analyze service trends and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operations
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and follow-ups
Project Management (30%)
- Support delivery of multiple projects (scope, timeline, and coordination)
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Assist with planning activities (WBS, timelines, reporting)
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Prepare dashboards and progress reports
- Support resource planning and delivery optimization
Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in:
- Service Delivery
- Customer Success
- Project Coordination / Project Management
- Strong experience in SLA management, incident handling, and client-facing roles
- Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
- Arabic is a strong advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Proactive, organized, and ownership-driven mindset

Pay: AED20,000.00 – AED25,000.00 per month
