Service Delivery Coordinator Jobs in Doha, Qatar at ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar
Responsibilities:
Create and confirm orders in Oracle Transport Management (OTM).
Track and trace shipments, ensuring system updates and document requirements are met.
Plan and execute sell and buy shipments through to delivery.
Validate requirements like credit limits and document mismatches.
Coordinate payment, document collection, customs clearance, and delivery planning.
Consolidate fleet allocation and work with the Land Transport team.
Update shipment information, including events, ETA, ETD, costs, payments, and documentation.
Create, approve, and dispatch customer bills and supplier invoices.
Ensure timely billing and payment to support optimal cash flow.
Advance payment collection from customers for all shipments.
Qualification / Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration.
Professional
Experience:
2-3 years’ experience with a freight forwarder. Intermediate knowledge of freight forwarding process.
Computer
Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Office.
Language
Skills:
Fluent communication (oral & writing) in English (and basic oral Arabic).
